Flip the piece around. You work right to left, flip, right to left. Or the reverse for a leftie.

It literally means turn the whole piece. You turn it over (to the left or right) so what's facing you now will be in the back so you can start the new row. You turn everything after each row. Sounds weird when beginning but you get used to it.
