haha thats funny, i never thought of that, but if u think about it, that would have to be some low cop if the hearse were carring a person and there was a long line of family/friends following behind it, and the hearse got pulled over! can u imagine!

Good question in that it probably depends on the police officer if he or she were to stop the vehicle. At least the driver would have a valid argument.
