Full pants and trainers not capris and sandals. Here are my tones:
Hair is almost black
Skin is very pale with visible green veins
Eyes are green and gold

my skin is pale autumn btw like ivory and peach. also about the pants and shoes I meant should I search for very dark brown instead of black? I can't dye my hair black it doesn't go with my skin.

Of course! My best friend has a light skin tone, and we've found colors to work wonders.
Dark colors are fine, just keep them on the bottom half. When looking for tops, go for greens or blues, something rich. Also, a dark christmas red or chocolate brown. You really want to stay away from pastels, yellows, and dark blacks for a top.

If you don't want the goth look then stick with light color tops. A dark top will wash you out and make you look like you are going for the goth look. But if you are going for the goth look then a dark top would be what you would need

I think it would look good..black pants maybe a black tank with a white shirt over it would look cute
