It means the medication does not dissolve in pure water.

Many prescription drugs are based on a class of chemicals known as alkaloids. These are produced by plants and some can be very poisionous. However, in small doses, they can be used as medications.

Alkaloids are insoluable in pure water, but are quite soluable in fats and solvents, like benzene. However, if the solution becomes acid, alkaloids form salts which are very soluable in water. The stomach produces hydrochloric acid, and alkaloids will form hydrochloride salts and be absorbed into the bloodstream. Some alkaloids are administered in their salt forms. This is how intraveneous alkaloids are administered. Narcotics such as morphene are most effective if injected as a hydrochloride salt.

A typical white person is a human being who has been blamed for many of the problems of many people who have not learned to get up and make something out of their life. If anything goes wrong it is the fault of the typical white person who cannot even use the word white without being accused of being racist. They are the ones who live in the communities that are very diverse. They are the ones who go to churches that are open to anyone from any walk of life. They are the ones who are taught to love thy neighbor and take blame for all the problems of those who hate anyone that seems white. Its a hard job being part native American and German and looking white and paying the price for it. God Bless all humans. Most churches will teach this. They do not see in colors.

Well ♫ My Snow blind Friend ♫ it is not that sort of snuff.

They are tablets that dissolve in the gut, but not in a glass of water like an Aspirin does.

I hope you are feeling better.
It is so nice to see that.

The water solubility is only 0.08 mg per 1 mL of water. It's probably soluble in stomach acid, however, so it will get into the system.
