It's been probably 40 years since I have eaten any fast food, maybe longer. I'm a senior citizen and I walk every day and do stretching and dance exercises at home. I have just bought something called "The Bean" to add to my exercise regimen. The last few months I've been recovering from an accident so I have a lot of work to do to get toned up again.

I eat fast food about once a week, but I swim on a year-round competitive swim team for about 2-3 1/2 hours everyday. I usually get in about 14 1/2 hours a week.

I probably eat fast food once a month, not big into it. I'm not a fan of exercising either!
