It's hard. You have no distractions in front of you. The teacher is lecturing, your paying attention for one second and the next minute you drift off. And then when you realize you lost focus, you already don't know whats going on. I'm not like some other kids, who sleep in class, who choose not to stay on task. I get so mad at myself everytime I'm off task. I don't know what's going on, I never do.

I'm sorry I don't know what's going on. Why am I like this?

What can I do to stay focus. I could ask someone to pinch me.

Do you take a lot of notes? I've always found that keeping notes helped keep me focused. I think it's because it would give me something to do (write) without distracting me from the topic at hand.

don worry coz it happens to evryone... we cant focus forevr
get good sleep and do focus exercises... i tink u will find them on da net....
try meditation and think about on thing for a long time. and in class to get more focused... ask questions wherever possible coz dat makes your brain way more alert because you dont wanna look stupid asking a dumb question in front of everyone... but dont interrupt everywhere such that people wanna whack you

See about being tested for inattention ADD. There are ways to deal with this focus issue.
