Had a really strong panic attack.
I thought I was having a heart attack.

scared the the hell out of me...
made me change my lifestyle

I was always wonder what would happened if I hadn't had the panic attack and I kept on living how I was living.

I will always be thankful for that panic attack.

Losing a job I'd had for 23 years just after 9/11. It made me step back and appreciate what I had an also it made me STOP buying lottery tickets.

Went to the Doctor for a minor "man problem" after poo pooing my minor man problem he said he found evidence of a more serious situation. He found cancer, had surgery, Chemo and have been cancer free for 7 years now. He saved my life.

Earlier this year I started painting in order to relieve the stress my family was putting me under and now I have forty-plus paintings , some on display in the city and requests all over the place! whewww...who'da thunk???lol

my firstborn son was a "surprise"we werent ready for him at all but he turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me made me grow up and take responsibility

When the guy I was seeing beat me. It meant I could get rid of him, no more emotional abuse, no more stress, my life could get back on track with a purpose, my relationship with God restored.

having my left leg amputated. i has made me more thankful what i have and not to take things for granted.it has made me a stronger person because i know i can do anything i set my mind to.

divorcing my ex husband. It taught me independence, gave me peace of mind, and I realized I wasn't the bad person that he kept telling me I was.
