A. "He spoke sharply to his sister" is correct.

B. I feel goodly now that I'm over the flu.
Should be "I feel better..."

C. The sauce tasted bitterly, and i couldn't swallow it.
Should be "The sauce tasted bitter..."

D. Joe looked sad at his broken bike.
Should be "Joe looked sadly..."
