I like the first response to your question. Maybe you SHOULD write it satirically. So what if it shortens your life and makes you sick more often. (It's not how you feel that counts, it's how you look with a cigarette dangling from your mouth. I'm cool.)

Over 40,000 careful studies have proven that smoking causes disease and death. Every medical and health agency agrees that smoking is a problem. More Americans die every year from smoking-related diseases. About 419,000 people die each year from cigarette smoking and that is only in the United States. Smoking causes 20 percent of all deaths in the United States each year. Second hand smoking, is very harmful to non-smokers. It can even be more harmful than being a real smoker. In 1986, the Surgeon General of the United States reported that passive smoking can cause lung cancer in healthy non-smoking.

It's just facts but I only had one paragraph lol

you need three topics

in the first paragraph list the three topics in three diff. sentences .. and just like state like Smoking is bad for society. and then list topics in 3 sentences

1= can cause lung cancer
2= can give you yellow teeth that looks disgusting
3= makes you smell bad after
4= can drive other people away cuz the smoke irritaits them

there's some ideas for topics to right about
and then just conclude it again and just change around your first paragraph
