Your best bet would be to use the Rail system. SEPTA has a direct rail line servicing the Philadelphia airport which will take you downtown and connect you to the NJ Transit express rail line that quickly gets you to Atlantic City. The total fare would be under $15 good luck.

It's over $2 mile in a cab from the Philly airport so you're looking at probably around $150 each way. It would be cheaper to rent a car, which you could do for about $30 a day.
You could take the train, it is cheaper. But it isn't quick. You could also see if you could fly into Atlantic City airport (not many airlines do).

I wouldn't do a taxi. That's way too expensive. There are train schedules. go to www.njtransit.com. You would have to catch either a train or SEPTA from the arpt to the 30th street station, (no problem train station right at the airport) then train to Atlantic City. Then you can jump the casino rail shuttle from the Atlantic City Rail Terminal to the casinos. Sorry don't know that cost but it can't be bad. I mean really 7.25 one way

Forget the shuttle. Take the train. The distance is 65 miles and you may actually find a shuttle willing to go that far difficult to find. On the Super Shuttle website, they are charging $233.72 one way. At the airport take the SEPTA Airport Line train to 30th St. Station. The train has stops at the various terminals at the airport and costs $6.25. Train generally leaves every 30 minutes and takes about 15-20 minutes. At 30th St. take the NJ Transit Atlantic City Line train to Atlantic City. The train costs $10. Only downfall, it only leaves about once every 90 minutes.

Definitely take the train. You'll only have to stop in one station to switch trains. The R1 out of the airport should get you back to 30th Street Station in 30 minutes or so. Then, from there, you'll board the Gambler's Express (I guess they still call it that)...it's an NJ Transit train and the only one that goes to AC. The trip should be about 2 hours from 30th Street and it'll drop you within walking distance of Caesar's. A drive from the airport, depending on what time it is will take you at least 2 hours anyway.

No. Bad idea. Way expensive.
Take the train. Septa gets you from the airport to the 33rd Street Station. Then you take a NJ Transit train into Atlantic City.

Yeah,
It's about 67 miles. It might even be cheaper to catch a flight into Bader Field. Don't take a taxi.

Take public transportation, that would be the cheapest. Then a rental car. Most expensive would be a taxi...it's far.
