no.. i eat whatever it takes, if i think i am gaining then i hit diet and jog more.. ^_^

Yes, but not in the way I think a lot of people do. I have a hard time losing weight, but you know what? That very well could be my own fault.

I'm not bothered about my own weight. My weight goes up by nearly 2 kg at the most, which I bring down by exercise. I don't eat much but comfort alone can increase weight. That's why daily exercise is required.

I'm miserable if I'm not a certain weight, give or take a few pounds. I'm highly aware of my pounds, & yes it is a battle because I would love to eat more than I allow myself.

I used to but since I've had a daughter I want to present a good healthy image so instead of the old way (where I'd eat twice a week and puke up the rest); I lead by example and eat a healthy range of food and exercise and she has not heard once out of my mouth "God my @ss is big". I won't do that, I grew up listening to my mom b!tching daily about herself and I won't repeat history.

Ugh I'm the opposite and I love to eat! I eat a big bowl of pasta and I get 2 rear ends overnight lol - Thank god I have workout equipment at home so I can exercise daily!

ok look i was 95 kgs 1 month before summer holidays came in.i decided to just get rid of it so i simply started managing my intake of calories per day to 1000 only.i had to follow it every day though but i was eating whatever i wanted .just checked to take 1000 cal daily.and everyday i also did cycling in my free time.now im 89 (1 month ago i was 73 but i put on weight from gym ..) KGS.i keep on cycling but my calorie intake is 1500 cal .its just become my routine so i maintain my weight now..

only recently. I seriously gained 15 lbs after getting married. I am 29 now & things have slowed down. I am going to the gym every other day now & it is kicking my butt
