my supivor hates on m,e for no reason. we work together just me and her, & every thinmg i do is a problem. my co workers say she must have some crush for me & afriad to express it. i like my job but hate coming when she is around. what should i do

I'll give you a different point of view. I have a staff of about 20 employees. Several of them if you ask them will say that I hate them. It is not so however for the very simple reason that I fire people that I hate.
When i lean on some of them a bit too hard, it is because either they f*ck up all the time, or I do that to get the best out of them.

Maybe she does that to you too.

May I suggest that, if writing and typing are parts of your job requirements, I don't blame her for bird dogging you. I'd have fired you by now.

keep a record of any situations you feel your supervisor is treating you unfairly with dates and times. also if you can list who else was there would be helpful. this way when you speak to her regarding her treatment you have a everything in writting.

go with it, turn it around. say things like, ya know your right ill start looking for another job im tottally incompitent sp*

complain to her superviser, video tape or record how it goes down, to prove it is unjust
