1. Try a different McDonalds --
2. Don't eat at McDonalds
4. Eat at McDonalds but eat less greasy foods - don't they serve a salad now?
4. Take an anti-gas pill BEFORE you eat -- try Beano, or Gas-X

Think of the last tie you experienced this condition. DO you remember what you ate, what condiments you used. If you can duplicate the condition...order the same thing and the same body effects recur, then you can sort this out by trying a different menu and see if the effects recur. Eliminating what makes you have those symptoms can Help you out. Good luck.

Stop eating there, its apparent it doesn't sit well with your tummy and digestive system. McDonald's is the worst of the fast food restaurants to eat at.
