We are here at this time because of what happened before our time, and we will leave an influence behind us when we die.

We are here to live and procreate just as past life was previously and future life Will be. And this particular planet is hospitable to an abundance of life forms. An answer like it's God's will and the like give credit to an unknown entity.

There is no reason. The idea of there being some sort of objective reason for human existence is a faulty one, I believe. We are here. We are free to choose what our reason for existing is. We give our lives meaning.
