No such video card exist yet

The best you can get is SLi 2 GF 8800 Ultra on a quad core system, but 16x AA is impossible.

This game is a next generation game release probably a tad too early, current hardware is just simply not prepare for this game engine.

You need next gen graphic card, GeForce D9E
