he will not know unless you sign a form to get your medical records but unless you do this no he wont know, but i suggest telling your doc everyting you never know always have to be honest with your doctor they can provide you will materials and they will not tell your mom regardless of your age.
my sis in law died from AIDS and when she was in the hospital she advised her docs not to tell her mom (my mom in law) im sure my mother in law knew, but they can not tell unless your are dying and under age then they have too but read the hippa laws.
its ok you need to talk to someone and if your comfortable with your doc i suggest telling him!

its illegal to tell you mum but you HAVE to take it immediately
IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG AND YOU THINK THERE IS A-N-Y DANGER OF GETTING PREGNANT YOU DO N-O-T WASTE TIME ASKING SILLY QUESTIONS HERE OR WITH YOUR MATES OR THINK WE'LL BE OK...
YOU
GET
YOU
BUTT
TO
GET
A MORNING AFTER PILL i.e. plan b
95% goner work if taken within 24 hours (so don’t wait and ask questions here and on a Sunday or say Xmas day go to hospital) that’s 5% you going to get pregnant
25-48 hours (two days and nights)
Its only 85% efficient that’s 15 % chance you will get pregnant
After 2 days it’s only 58% effective (much like flipping a coin)
You may be able to get an IUD coil as well.
IN OTHER WORDS NO QUERSTIONS ON COULD I BE PREGNANT… GO AND GET THE DAMN PILL OR BETTER STILL HAVE SOME IN THE HOUSE JUST IN CASE… BUT IT’S FOR EMERGENCIES…
Proper contraception is better i.e. Depro injections AND condoms.
THAT NIGHT OF FOLLOWING MORNING EVEN IF BUNKING OFF SCHOOL OR WORK... TRUST ME BRING PROOF AND THEY WILL THINK YOU DID THE RIGHT THING.
EVERY HOUR COUNTS...

the doctor that you went to see for the morning after pill, does not share your file with other doctors unless you request them from the office to be sent to another office. That goes for any doctor that you go and see. And no, they are not aloud to tell your parents, aunts, sisters, other doctors, ANYONE about what goes on with their patients

There is no way for your doctor to know you took the morning after pill unless you tell him, so keep it to yourself if you are afraid he will tell your mum.

Unless your regular GP is from the same clinic, it will not be on your medical chart.
He wouldn't be allowed to mention it in the U.S. I doubt he'd mention it to your mother even if he were allowed to. Most doctors hate drama in their offices.
