What PSI (city water) is needed to run a 3500 PSI pressure cleaner?

It will operate at 30 lbs water pressure. Better to use a full size hose for supply though (3/4"). The PW makes it's own pressure.

Be careful 3500 psi is alot of power. Start at the lowest psi and slowly increase . OR it can take you right off your feet. No Kidding!! What are you washing down?

it doesn't matter the pressure washer creates its own pressure, other wise you could just use your hose to get that pressure
