I like MY mattress to be a moderately firm - right down the middle. Other wise it puts my back out....

Ooooh! My husband has a nice hard mattress on his side and mine, like yours is moderately firm. Just right for me!!! The quest is now on for the perfect pillow. Currently using a medium/soft variety from The White Company.
