That does not make sense... You have to know who you are to be able to relate to others....
So if you cannot relate to yourself, how could you possibly relate too others at all?

On some days, I can't relate to anyone, myself included. Other days, I'm pretty good all around!

I don't think that is biologically of philosophically possible.
I am as close to myself as it comes.
There are others I would like to be closer to but I don't know that I am closer to them than I am to myself.
But, they may know more about me than I know about myself. I really can not be certain about that.
But my answer is No.
