when the spirit leaves the body it goes to a special place where it can't communicate with the living ..except in their dreams. because when you are asleep your soul is in gods hands so it's in a higher place where can it meet other souls dead or living, but you can't call or communicate with a certain deceased person ..the thing you communicate with could be a jin or Jinny that can know about your history and the person you want to communicate with...

The first thing you have to answer is:
What is a ghost? The word means spirit. So to believe in a ghost is to belive in spirit beings.
Generally people mean the spirit of a human being after death. To believe in this you must believe that people live on in spirit after death. The Bible teaches us that we do live on and will one day have resurrected bodies.
In that sense, if you take the Bible to be true, then there are ghosts.
The next question is can those ghosts communicate with the living. And the answer is no (with one exception--when the ghost of Samuel was called up because God was very angry with Saul--but that is truly a one off). It proves that it is possible, but everywhere else in the Bible we are told that it is not permitted by God.
The next question is can spirits communicate with people?
If one posits this then one must ask what kind of spirits?
There are spirit beings called angels in the Bible. These have communicated with man (in the shape of men) at various times throughout history according to the Bible.
There are also evil spirits (angels who rebelled against God) and these spirits are demonstrated throughout the Scriptures to be interfering in the lives of men as they can;
even to possessing and controlling people at times.
So, if one accepts the Biblical teaching, then there are good and evil spirits at work in the world, but they are not the ghosts of men and women who have died--they are evil spirits or they are angels sent as messengers from God.

those of you who says that ghost can not communicate with the living than you are wrong they can be able to communicate with the living their are 2 types of ghost that can communicate with the living first is the demonic ghost and second is the elemental ghost <<

No one can 'give' you proof that ghosts exists. You just have to see one for your self to believe. I know I didn't believe in them either until I seen one. Yep their real.
Oh and by the way, not until lately did I find out that in the Bible even Jesus asked his disciples "Did you think I was a ghost?" Soooooooo if their not real why did he ask them that?
