What ever meat I'm making this year. I'm thinking turkey.
I soak it over night in a brine solution of apple cider, honey, salt, dried green herbs, and sweet spices. Then slather it with honey butter and stuff fresh green herbs under the skin. I stuff the inside of the bird with apples and onions, then lastly I inject some of the brine into the breast and thighs and roast till golden and heavenly.

Assuming I do Christmas this year it is Lasagna.

I have always wanted it to be a Victoria Secrets Model but I can never find one who will sit there all day and be adored with all that food around her.

I am not in the holiday mood, so this year it could be anything, accept turkey.
