What ever meat I'm making this year. I'm thinking turkey.
I soak it over night in a brine solution of apple cider, honey, salt, dried green herbs, and sweet spices. Then slather it with honey butter and stuff fresh green herbs under the skin. I stuff the inside of the bird with apples and onions, then lastly I inject some of the brine into the breast and thighs and roast till golden and heavenly.

Assuming I do Christmas this year it is Lasagna.
I have always wanted it to be a Victoria Secrets Model but I can never find one who will sit there all day and be adored with all that food around her.
I am not in the holiday mood, so this year it could be anything, accept turkey.

I'd love to have you for Christmas dinner, but I'd probably want seconds, or even thirds!

All of the dishes will be stars! Everyone contributes their specialty. As long as all the dishes are made with love, they will all shine!
