If it's in a form or list, the form or list probably requires some relatively brief information about the type of prganisation (sic) that the form-filler/applicant represents or believes it to be and what s/he thinks it does. For examples, is it a Health organisation, is it a not for profit one, is it a soup kitchen, church, school, bank, etc., is it a company or is it a trust, partnership, etc. A lot depends on the context so that's the best answer I can give without more information. And prganisation probably means organisation or organization.

McDonald's is a large multinational franchised chain of for profit fast food restaurants.

I think you meant to put an "O" rather than a "Q", one is on the right side of the keyboard, the other on the left. In any event, I think you mean organization. The "s" is a spelling from the England, but it means the same as our "S." You will find that quite often in English writings.
