whats the worst case of pollitical correctness have you seen?

last year at our ladies children's hospital they put up a mainjor (excuse the crappy spelling )but it had baby jesus mary etc they put it up every year but this year it was not put up for the children because they didn't want to offend the non christians

Not having the shopping mall Santas saying "Ho, ho, ho" anymore because a certain group (guess who) was offended...gimme a real break...

The worst case I ever saw was a husband who took his wife's last name, so as not to appear sexist.
