Why is it that some people like in this forum, ask a question, and say that they will award 10 points to the best answer, but when it comes down to it, they aren't going to pick a best answer, rather they are going to let it go to a vote. Take M G for example, she's been promising 10 points on each question for months, but never actually picks a best answer.

yes..you're right..
all i gonna do is to put effort on each asked questions i answer..that's why..i hate those who promised of giving 10 points but actually not...

I've wondered that myself. They probably think it's the latest lingo. Or maybe they're just stupid.

Then again, maybe they're really smart. Because whether they choose a best answer or the voters choose it, it's still 10 points.

I could tolerate these folks. It's the ones who delete their question after getting their answer - those are the ones I detest. They should be wiped off the face of the earth.

Just to make sure they get maximum answers:P

Well, this is bad that people don't pick up best answers to the questions they ask.

Picking up a best answer is appreciating the person who answered. So people, don't be misers in appreciating others.
