I lost one of my keys do i need a new key board ? i cant use the letter inbetween the c - and -b !! i can use that letter at all what should i do a way to fix with out buying a now board

Or just use the letter 'w' instead of the 'v', you'll sound like Elmer Fudd (Wery, wery interesting)

As cheap as keyboards are, the cost for parts to repair one will usually exceed the cost of the keyboard. Buy a new one.
