Try using a hot water bottle against your lower abdomin the heat soothes and helps cramps be less noticeable. Drink plenty of liquids and if worse comes to worse try taking pain killers, ibuprofen works a treat or just normal paracetomal.
Also baths, lovely warm relaxing baths can help with period pains. Exercise is a great way to stop period pains, so try working out, also helps to make the periods shorter!

I get really bad period pains, i cant walk with them sometimes.

I find it helps if i take a couple of Ibuprofen and i put a wheat bag in the microwave or if you dont have one you could use a hot water bottle and rest it on my tummy for 30 mins. It eases the pains.

I also believe that some women masturbate, which is supposed to ease the pain.

Best way to stop period pain - is 2 days before you are due to take them - take 1/2 Asprin with water.
Then On the morning they are due - take Ibuprofen and Paracetamol - 2 hours apart - (Read the Instructions on the packets first) Plenty of warmth around your tummy and relax... x Go for a sleep - when possible.

I agree with the heat pack or hot water bottle.

You can hold these directly on the area where the pain is, just please don't put these hot items directly onto your skin. In hospital, we put the in pillow cases.

We all take far too many pain killers in life when there are safer and cheaper ways to ease our pain.

ibuprofen tablets work well. so does a hot water bottle, or a nice soak in a warm bath, or having sex, or dancing and exercise can help too, as they release the gas in your stomach, which eases the pain.

If you are of age some women enjoy sex during this time but I'm not encouraging it. Now if you are of age then go for it if it helps other than that take some of the others advice on meds. If sex it out of the question, then you could also do your own self pleasure.
