Pedophiliac porno would be pornography (sexual pictures or movies) featuring the sexual abuse of children. Very sick stuff, and unfortunately, it does exist.

Pedophilia is a sexual attraction by adults to prepubescent youths.
A person with this attraction is called a pedophile.
The term pedophiliac can either be used as a noun or adjective, because it's an act (noun) and at the same time describes the act of pedophilia (adjective).
