yeah. i've been there.
the cities are dirty, but the countrysides are great.
the beaches are awesome and the people are lovely.
i stayed there for about a month and it was so hot. i lost some weight but i got my tan. fantastic. i didn't even have to soak in the sun and i just turned tan. i wonder if all asian or tropical countries are like this.
it was also great that i didn't have to wear very thick garments there unlike here in canada,

Not me either. I don't go many places. My father in law spent three and a half years there as a POW and he came to love and respect the country and it's people.

not been to the land of pinoys but i am an indian and live in saudi arabia where there r plenty of philipinos working in service sector. recently my sister gave birth to a baby and was looked after so well by pinay nurses she remarked " humanity starts and ends with philipinos". great people and great girls, lol.

Yes, 1974, and I was in Manila, as well as Olongapoh (Spelling?) I love every second of it. Then I was shipped over to Cambodia.

my friends family was from the philippines and whenever she went back to visit she said it was dirty and they ate hog roasts lol....
