That they are rude.
Or hard of hearing.
Or perhaps both...

I think they're a braggart and I completely ignore them. Now 10 yrs ago this was common because not as many people had cell phones so some of these big corporate guys thought they were "all that" to have one. But now it's so commonplace that no one does it much anymore - thankfully.

They obviously missed out on the whole manners thing.
What bothers me the most is when you see someone out to dinner or lunch with someone else and they're talking on the phone ignoring that other person. I saw this with a woman and what seemed to be her mother. The mother looked so sad to be being ignored the whole time.

Aren't they aware that technology has developed & there is no need to shout actually!! And I also imagine how the person talking on the other end, keeps the phone away from his/her ears...:)

It relies upon on the situation. If that individual occurs to be in a public place, I evaluate them very impolite and thoughtless. whether that's the different subject (at homestead, somebody sitting exterior their place of residing, or in spite of), then I ought to contemplate that the different individual on the different end of the telephone won't pay attention ok.

I can say this without the slightest bit of guilt, cause I can't stand those things. There goes another one saying "look at me I'm talking to some one; see how important I am?"

That any second now their cell-phone is going to start ringing. And then I'm going to burst out laughing.

They are very inconsiderate of the people around them. When we go to a movie, someone always has to talk on their cell, very inconsiderate.
