I have been to many countries and American's reputation is often their stupidity.
-We kill each other at triple the rate anyone else does.
-We have huge Army but low health and school systems.
-We worship celebrities as Gods.
-We know more about death than we do about life.
-We catch our Government and President lying to us on numerous occasion yet they are still empowered.
I can go on and on. I believe in the future we will certainly fall into civil war if the right thing happens. I.E Rodney King

White people came here destroyed the Native Culture. The Purtians were trying to get away from being perscuted in Europe and came here to perscute. If we true want a truly civil society then we would do we to learn with humble open hearts what the American Indians were doing in their own culture. Or going back to Africa and looking at the more matrafocal cultures there. Or if you are very brave in Europe the Goddess cultures/Nature or life celebrating cultures they are everywhere. Just don't look for them in our public schooling. I have tried really hard but I just don't see the christians following jesus teaching. besides I believe that he had more respect for women then we learn about. Look at Mary Magdelene.

I think American's are, on average, as smart as anyone else in the world. At least potentially. It's just our media that propagates the myth that we're all brain-dead, celebrity obsessed, vacuous morons. It's a means of control. They do it so well that a lot of us buy into it, and we have become what they wanted us to be...
