what is the percentage of men who don't mind their wives having affairs?

You know, speaking in terms of evolution it should go against everything biologically in a man to be 'okay' with cheating because it lowers how positive he could be about a possible child being his.

Anyways, I'm guessing quite a small percent. I've seen women get cheated on and still try to work it out but men seem to take it much harder/seriously. (which I think is the evolution thing playing a part.)

I would say not many would not mind if their wives had "affairs" however, it can't really be an affair if the husband knows she is. Swinging is very popular today with numbers approaching 50% either soft or hard swing.

Swinging is not cheating because it is by mutual agreement. It does not mean the couple does not love each other. They just want some variety in their lives. Remember, "Love lasts, sex washes off." This must be true as the divorce rate among swingers is only 5% where as it is 35% among the very religious. that must be saying something good about swinging.

It seems that women are more likely to tolerate an affair than men, but I think there is a difference between "minding" about an affair, and tolerating or forgiving one. If you don't mind your partner having an affair, I don't think the relationship is up to much, but if you could forgive, despite the hurt, that perhaps is the sign of a strong relationship. If my wife had an affair, I would try to forgive and move on providing she chose me and and ended the affair. Luckily, unless she has been very good at concealing it, I haven't had that problem.

I wish she would bring a woman home or even have some foursomes. Anything is better than a "normal" boring miserable marriage. Men act like they care if their wife has an affair because that is the way they think they are supposed to act just like women. But once you are married for a while 90% of men and women really don't care anymore. How does a man cheat for 7 years without a wife knowing?!?!? She knows, she just doesn't care!!!

I wouldn't have thought that the percentage would be very high at all. Though there has to be some who get their kicks from knowing wives and lovers are involved in affairs

My bf ex wife cheated on him with few from where she works, he did mind and dumped her sorry a@s and moved the hell away from her, since leaving he has found out she slepted with dozen of guys at work and god knows how many outside of work. Thank God his health wasnt effected by this scank!!

Why would any1 degrade themselfs by staying with a cheating hoe, coz i know for sure there be no decent person with self respect and moral's would do such a thing...

Karma is a ***** tho also, what goes around comes right back around, and will teach those cheaters a leason or 2 in the end!!!

I bet the number is higher than anyone would admit if the affair did NOT include someone from nearby (in other words had a small likelyhood of being discovered by family and friends). It would be interesting to do a study.

I don't believe that men who are having affairs would readily accept such conduct by their wives. Believe only the men who get a thrill out of seeing their spouse with someone else or who welcome open relationships would say it is fine with them; probably about 6% of the couples.
