Its all a big con, as far as I'm concerned they are all in it together. It seems to me to be a very elaborate plan to try and defraud the insurance companies. I mean how could he explain being away for 5 years, oh yeah by very convienently losing his memory. there is a lot more to this case than meets the eye, no doubt they will be found out in their plan. I think he came forward at this point because they must have planned it saying something like 'after a few months when the house is sold, you suddenly reappear and everything will be alright and we can live together with the profits'

I reckon they were planning to live a long and happy life together in Panama, turned out he didn't much like the lifestyle, but she had control of the mooney as he was'dead', so he came back to UK and reported himself to police so if he couldn't have the money, neither could she!

Anyhow, how has this man who is dead been travelling across borders for the last five years?

The police got wind he was alive about 3 months ago, so he knew he was wanted by them. He handed himself in as a wanted man.

He probably realised the police were onto him as they had been re-investigating the case since Sept.

I do not believe it was guilt.Probably closer to the truth is an argument over the money, shes got it ,he wanted his share.
