and college fees after they graduate and find a job?

'Cos I kinda saw at Cambridge website or something that they allow this. Or must you pay up before the semester starts?

I can't speak for Cambridge, but there have been articles lately about how Harvard is giving out financial aid packages to more students which include only grants, which don't need to be repaid at all, as opposed to loans, which do.

That is a fair question with a relatively sensible , easy answer . First Obama's ego is larger than his mouth which covers a great deal as the man can not only talk out of both sides of his mouth , but can tell different versions of what he is talking about at the time. 2nd His pride is almost non existaent , How can you have pride when you do not even know where you were born and can't really decide what race you are or what country you belong to , though it is painfully obvious . 3rd He has never done the right thing since starting his campaign , this is documented by the fact that his wife has never been proud of America until her wonderful husband got elected and if he was part of this country then she was not proud of him either at the time. His ego is the only thing he has enough to share and he ain't about to do that .

It's standard practice in the UK to only pay your tuition fees once you're working (this only applies to home applicants though).
