who is the best actor in Hollywood (and the somewhat honest part means you are open to use any tricks you want to prove your point on who is the best)?

Wow, that's a hard one. I'm a big Tom Hanks fan, because I have yet to watch a movie of his that I won't see twice. Even "Big" was a decent repeater. But on the flip side, Jack Nicholson definitely deserves love, just for the sake of his success.
So, in no particular order, and because it is too difficult to quantify "the best actor", here is my list:

youre really pretty! you have great eyebrows, a cute little mouth and your eyes are a beautiful colour. i think that you are more of a late bloomer, your appearance perhaps looks younger when compared to other 14 year old girls? Girls who are more developed at that age tend to get guys attention more easily. You have nothing to worry about though, you are a very pretty girl! Don't listen to your friends, they are influenced by peer pressure and other people's opinions at school. and if you have a personality then thats great because then you have both! good looks and a nice personality! :)

It depends on the film, but things like this won't be important in ten years. It's really the scriptwriter and director who deserve far more credit than the actors.

Christian Bale - his weight loss and gain, from the Machinist to Batman was amazing.
I also think Will Smith is fun to watch. I like most of his movies... he's funny but can be serious too.

I go for Old School. You're gonna know that Sean Connery, is gonna show a Grade-A Performance. And he always makes it believeable, too.

i will say between tom hanks, denzel washington or johny depp, cos they potray every character they had played amazingly..
like tom hanks, he does a great justice to forest gumps and philadelphia
denzel, in training day and man on fire
and last johnny depp, no one can ever potray CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW as he did!!
