Run a few print head cleaning.

however if that fails and you have a number 78, 23, 17, 57, 28, or 22 cartridge:
they actually have a nasty little habit of forming air bubbles behind the print head after refilling. In this case you need to force a little air trough the fill hole until it spits magenta out the bottom.

After that install and run a print head cleaning.

If the cartridge was not printing magenta or well before refilling, you may not actually get it working again.

Maybe it is partial to green for the Holidays? Talk about getting into the spirit.

I would suggest seeing if the other colors are actually have ink in them that is coming out, sometimes you will buy some new and it has dried up an is old.

I would also clean the area that the ink is going into perhaps you have a blockage.

Have you cleaned the nozzles? It takes a bit of time but is worth it. Are the colour cartridges the ones that are recommended or cheapo refills? This sometimes affects your quality of colour too.

May sound stupid - BUT - did you crack the top off of the cartridge to make sure the right colours were going into the right compartments.

If you've mixed the blue & yellow you will get green.

Either your magenta ink has run out, or the print head is blocked. Check your printer instructions. It should give you details on how to run print head cleaning.

It seems as if the colours has not mix up well so green colour is the only active one or all the colours is finished except the green colour.

Yes - replace your colour cartridge as the green ink has run out AJ

Mine is only printing in purple. Do you want to swap.

Try cleaning the printer heads.

Sounds like your RED ink has run out or then nozzle is blocked. Clean your nozzles.

It has run out of magenta or "red" color.
