its small lump. its maybe 1/10 of an centimeter.

its located near the vagina not inside the vagina. its no where near the labia majora. its painful when it is touch or when liquid runs thru it like urine.

there are no secretions like puss coming inside the vagina even on the lump. its is not smelly.

it is not itchy. STD must be ruled out. it only appeared a week ago after sex with a clean partner. sexually active.

no previous diseases on vagina. no family members had this disease.

and it has no discolorations. its painful also on its surroundings.

It could just be something that appeared. You should go and talk to a doctor because it sounds like a doctor should take care of it.

Could be an ingrown hair, or herpes. Usually theres an incubation period so I doubt it's that.

You know for sure your partner is clean? You seen test?

It could be a genital wart, or a cyst. I suggest going to your gynecologist to find out for sure what it is. They can make a correct diagnosis.

the size of the letter -----> o well its small and since its not actualy in the vagina you can sleep it off, i dont see how urine can pass through it though? it should be fine just dont 'do it' for a couple of days

ummm...it IS an STD..denial isn't gonna make it go away...it's genital warts..go to the doc.
