Hurting others feeling is really a pain in the heart and in the mind. Better not because it doesn't do good. It will not bring happiness in you. Intentional hurt on others indeed gravitates the situation, You cannot even say an excuse because it won't mitigate such action for the same was deliberate.
Thank for asking. Have a great day!

It's NOT wrong to intentionally hurt someone else against their will. At least, not ALWAYS.
For example, I was flipping through the channels the other day and saw one guy wacking away at another with a knife. Blood and guts everywhere. Well, actually it was the medical channel and the knife-wielder was performing a life-saving operation.
But that's the point - the MECHANICS of the activity was identical. No one would suggest that surgery was painless, but there are few people who would suggest that it was wrong.
And for that matter, I know very few people who would suggest that it was wrong for parents to discipline children, or for strangers to try and stop others from committing suicide, or any number of actions that might harm a recipient even when it is against their will.
This isn't picking nits either. What it is that we want to try and prevent is malicious attempts to cause injury to others with no benefit to them. That which destroys by intention but does not produce. The reason why this is bad is pretty straightforward - in order to build a society, we have to be able to trust that we are more than victims.
The problem is that this is REALLY hard to determine sometimes - nobody can say what another person is thinking or what their INTENTIONS were. Just what their actions were.
So many people accept a poor substitute and judge actions instead. They risk destroying all the good in their efforts to prevent the bad.

Can't answer all the y's of life but I'll tell u this 1 thing it is right not to hurt people intentionally/unintentionally, that is y I spend a lot of my time thinking before I talk or act, and yet I hurt!!! So I say sorry from the bottom of my heart when I hurt a person. And u know one very important truth that I always am emotionally blackmailed into thinking that I hurt people when I don't but the fact of the matter is they feel hurt so to such as these I say SORRY!!! and try not to cross their path. And then they say I am a snob so I respond by saying I am sorry if u feel that way but that's the way I am and I have lost all communication skills so please 4- give me, and I walk away without letting them have their way around.

Because causes produce effects. The goes around does come around.
I learned to think on causes when I get an effect and can clearly see that certain slaps are resonance from what i did erlier in my life.

Many civilizations have come to believe - perhaps independently, and perhaps under mutual influence - that it is bad to do to others what we would not have done to us. If one is religious, this may be justified by the belief that God orders it so. If one is not, it is justified by the self-interest of not wishing to be mistreated.

It has to do with the intention of your heart. By intending to hurt them, you're going directly against the will of God. We were made to be sensitive, and to take advantage of another's weakness for the hell of it is never something you would wish upon yourself, darling :)
