Today i had very light bleeding/spottong and now it has stopped? I am abit worried i have never had this before? Does anyone know anything this could mean?

Being stressed about something whether good or bad can also cause this spotting. Another thing that can sometimes cause this is infection. The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be causing the problem.
