My car was rear ended , and the repair work done is REAL BAD!?
About 4 weeks ago my car was rear ended at a red light traffic stop.
It was being repaired for 3 weeks and i was unable to obtain a hire car for the duration as I'm under 25 and was informed that hire company's do not provide insurance to under 25's.

Today i received my car from the place where it was being repaired and found that the work is really unacceptable. There are huge gaps between the joints of the bumper and rear lights , they didn't replace damaged mud flaps which were cracked from the rear bumper being squashed into them , there are wire clips missing , there are paint leaks where the paint has leaked and dried , there are grease stains everywhere on the upholstery and I'm yet to have a look at the under body which i will do tomorrow.

what can i do ? is a payout an option as I'm really HATING to have no car again if they are going to have to make corrections again

please help thanks in advance everyone!

Simply refuse the repair base on the quality of work and demand a vehicle to drive and make the person that hit you pay for it. The insurance company should cover all of the expenses do not back down period if you are not satisfied contact a lawyer and ask for some free advise.

Call out the insurance adjuster too. Ultimately the insurance (there's) or (your's) is going to have to pay. To re repair the car. One of the biggest problems in rear collisions is getting the Boot / Trunk to be water tight driving in a rainstorm. So make it known if the trunk area gets wet in the rain you want the car totaled. And ask the insurance company who they would like you to take it?

interior the U. S. it works like this: If the coverage company had an instantaneous restoration software and that they guarantee the physique save artwork - call the adjuster and enable them to comprehend. If the save is one you picked - the coverage company would not have an instantaneous restoration settlement with - then the coverage company won't pay to restoration the motor vehicle returned or to supply a condominium motor vehicle. The coverage company's strategies-set is they paid to have the motor vehicle fixed and that they predicted it to be perfect repaired. Take the motor vehicle back to the physique save. communicate to the physique save supervisor and element out each and all of the flaws that are incorrect with it. in many circumstances the physique save will take the motor vehicle back and make it magnificent. they'd even supply a loaner or condominium motor vehicle.

If it was a "rear ended" accident, then insurance is paying for it!
Call your insurance company and let them fight it out.
That is their area of expertise.
And then you don't have to fight it out on your own.
