What would be your answer to these questions;

What are your weaknesses? (I honestly don't think I have any)

What would you expect from this post?

What questions would you ask at the end of the interview?

Thank you in advance... ;0)

Everyone has their own weakness, of course you have them too, and you need another person to tell you. But of course, during an interview you are not going to tell them your weakness.

For example, my husband always say I am too caring. It is a strong point, but can also be a weak point, "too caring" resulting in over concern and he does not like it. Too sympathetic, resulting in people taking advantage of you. Do you get what I meant? That is to convert your strong points in the eye of others to weak point. They will admire you more, got it?

I do not know what is the post you are applying for, so it is very difficult to advise you. But you can always mention about the post seem to be very challenging to you, able to upgrade yourself.

You should not ask about salary unless they asked you how much you are expecting. Best to reply, "how much are you paying?" instead of telling them what you expect, so that you can get a better offer.

Always show interest in the company's product, profile, duties involved, not what they can offer; fringe benefits
If they asked you "do you have any questions?" then you might ask about their fringe benefits, working hours, annual leave, whether they provide any transport etc.

Get a friend or relative to give you a list of your strong and weak points. From there, you can work out what to say.

Good luck!! Hope you get the job!!

Tell them that if you had to pick a weakness it would be that your dedication to your employer. That you are prone to put your business life ahead of your personal life. Tell them what you expect is to be a team player and to make a solid contribution. At the end ask them something about the company - use something they say during the interview and expand on it. Good luck honey. I hope you get it. ♥

Good luck to you! You gotta pick a weakness. Can't say you don't have any. I say, I have a tendency to do too much. If something is left undone, I feel the need to do it. I expect this post will be as you described. I am looking forward to the challenge. I would ask what is important to you about the job. Will I be needed to. . . Will I have the opportunity to . . kinds of things. Ask about the company, how many employees, turnover, years in business. Ask like you are interested in what you can do for them, not what they can do for you. (Sorry, Jack.)

What are your weaknesses, pick something that has nothing to do with the job.
What would you expect from this post, to get out of it ,as much as i will put in.
What questions would you ask at the end of the interview.
try to ask about aspects of the job, being a team player, not how much £ $,
good luck.

When I am asked the "Weakness" question I reply "Roast Potatoes" Mostly they don't like that answer though.

When I want to be serious, I answer "Book-keeping"

That's about all I know.
