Definitely prefer the company of men - not in a romantic way, I just get on better with men.

There is a traditional thought behind this and I have seen this work. If you employ attractive women in your company you also lure more clients to your company as well as help improve the attendance of other male employees in the company. I dont know if this thing is used in big corporations but it definitely works in Small businesses or shops

I like both but I find men generally easier to get along with because they don't hold a grudge and if they are pissed off with you they just tell you straight out.
