eyeliner on top...eyeliner on bottom...or eyeliner on both?
and also, mascara on top, or both?

I usually do both top and bottom for eyeliner. But it really depends on the porotion and the face. On myself I put it on the bottom and very thinly on the top because my eyes are somewhat small. As for mascara, I use it on the top and ocasinally at the ends of the bottom lashes .

eyeliner on top, becuase if you put it on the bottom, it gives you a tired look. and mascara should be on both.

It depends. Ive seen eyeliner on the bottom look horrible on some people but great on others. It really just depends on how it looks on you.

eyeliner on bottom thats for most girls suit both top and bottom.mascara on top and clear on bottom

i use eyeliner on my inner eyelids if you know what that is pretty much all the time its simple and looks hot...but if its a special occasion i use eyeliner on the top and maybe a little mascara.....

Eyeliner on the bottom if you really have to.
Mascara on both, but less on the bottom.
