You can estimate your final height from your parents.

The formula for a female is as follows:

Do the following sum:
Father's height (in centimetres)
+ mother's height (in centimetres)
- 7 cm

Then divide the total by 2. This gives you a value called the mid parental height. Your expected height will be within 8.5 either side of this value - for example, if your mid parental height was 170 cm, you would expect to reach at least 161.5cm and at most 178.5 cm tall (although obviously it's doesn't always work).

This is about as much as you can work out, although by 16 you are about as tall as you're going to get, especially if you started puberty a number of years ago.

Right about now. How does your height compare to your parents? Most girls do a growth sprurt earlier than boys - in about 8th-9th grade plus or minus a year or so.
