I did a lot of reserch in that...Look at the following...
1) Music Lovers: SE W200i(5000rs), or SE W300i(6500rs)
2) Style Lovers: Samsung J600 ,Samsung E210
3) Camera Lover: SE-Z550,Nokia 3500 classic
4) Price Matters: Sagem-651x

Depends on what you're looking for in the phone.
If multimedia (mp3/video playback) etc. are your main requirements then go for Sony Ericcson W300i or the Nokia 5200(this has a clear advantage of EDGE Class 10, 237.8 Kbps data transfer rate).

nokia 3230 or 6030 and 5200 are good phones.samsung E250 or E210 better at the same price of nokia phones.

Without any second thoughtss, I will say Samsung J600. Except for wi-fi and touch screen, it has got virtually everything: MP3 PLAYER, FM, BLUETOOTH, MMCSLOT, EDGE, GPRS, CAMERA, CAMCORDER, VOICE MEMO, VDO PLAYER, PHOTO CALLER ID, WAP and above all, VERY SEXY DESIGNING. ALL THE BEST.
