can i answer a call with an iphone connected to an ipod interface of a BMW using BMW's mic and speakers?!?

The iPod interface only pipes your MUSIC to your BMW. To answer calls, you BMW would need to be equipped with a BLUETOOTH interface as well. Check your owners manual or ask your dealer if your car has this.

I don't think so unless you have the Bluetooth technology with the switches on the steering wheel. If you do the ipod music interface may interfer with incomming phone calls. Year and model sure would help me research the answer?

If your car has bluetooth then yes. Otherwise, no.
