mmm all I know is...I wouldn't recommend it...looks to viscous to be merely water..so guess it would be an oil of some kind, with coloured water for the globs? The coloring could be harmless..though some of 'em have the annoying habit of being carcinogenic... would depend on the manufacturer what they'd use I suppose... Either way..I'm sure you'd get sick for a while...possibly have your stomach pumped...
