Buy a Canon.

Edit to below: HP??? Have you seen the price of refills? Compare that with the Canon.

nearly all new printers work with vista, its the drivers that make it work. If you are buying a new one it will come with a disk to enable the printer. good luck

From my experience with printers
the Canon is the best and the ink is not as high as
some of the other printers. I got a Canon MP 370
and the ink is C 1.69 & B .99 and it will work with
Vista.

The printer's retail box will tell you if it has Vista compatible drivers, so will the retail store staff, just ask.

I don't have Vista but a HP should be compatible, if you are unsure ask questions before buying

Hewlett Packard - anything in the C3100 range - the C3180 is the one I bought (£39.99 from Argos - on offer at half price from £79.99) and it runs fine with Vista - no problems and the quality is excellent - photos, normal printing - everything I have asked of it, it has done

All you need to do is look on the side of the box and it should tell you what operating systems it is compatible with.
