I think by design the first attraction is necessarily physical.
For me I think it starts with the first eye contact but I know that typically I am attracted to a woman who is somewhat petite with a high degree of intelligence and she has to have a pretty good sense of humor to be around me very long. That's for her own sanity.
Sensuality of course is a little different with and for everyone but I don't do well with someone who isn't at least as affectionate as I.

Facial features mainly, beautiful eyes, a smallish nose possibly.......for instance,...."I really think Jody Foster is quite attractive" and exhibits all the features I like in a woman........oh yeah,......I really think big breasts are a turn off to me,.....the flatter a woman is?.....the better,.in fact If a woman just has puffy nipples?.....oh yeah baby!!!!!!!!!! otherwise I'm just not real impressed...and if this woman is aggresive in conversation? it lets me know she's interested in carrying on, I'm not the kinda guy who's gonna grab a woman and throw her on the bed and ravage her.....although I have done that when I was much younger but I was drunk and I was stickin to it ( I'm sure at least I think I'm sure )......but the fact remains, "all women are beautiful to start with so you're asking me to pile sherbert on top of ice cream here!

For me, I think the very fact that they are so opposite is an attraction.
Think of when they urinate. Quite different stances, not so?
Think of the facial skin, rough in men and soft and smooth with women...
Think of size. Usually larger in the male gender.
Think of almost anything...

Not a specific look, no, but it is definitely the exterior that catches me first on both sexes, I mean I believe I am a quite good judge of character based on the appearance. I have only been wrong twice.
