You people are always yelling at us that we should sacrifice more and be more giving. (Anyone read Bill Clinton's book, called "Giving"? It's unreadable...)
But THEN, when we try to become successful and make a lot of money so we CAN give a lot to charity or whatever, you scream about us being materialistic and greedy.
Why are you so lame?

LOL. Yeah, you're right - the problem here is clearly with the "liberals." Those damned "liberals"! They don't want you to be happy, they're just jealous of you, they're weak, they're whiny, they don't want you to be successful, blah blah blah. Oh, plus they actually enjoy giving and getting abortions.
Verily, all your problems in life are due to the liberals.

PS - Well, I don't claim to speak for "liberals," or anybody other than myself. I don't even consider myself a "liberal," although I generally have liberal views, but I won't be pigeonholed with that label. I just find it funny that "conservative" types are always trying to pretend that they're prosperous Wall Street tycoons and the "liberals" are just trying to drag them down. And you DO realize that the second half of your question totally invalidates the first part, right? I mean, if you're trying to become successful so that you CAN give a lot of money to charity, then why are you complaining about Bill Clinton asking you to give money to charity?

i might relatively opt to furnish you credit for lamest question yet i think of we the two know that for eons R & S has been crammed with lame questions. whilst some matters could have better, R&S has stayed the comparable lack of understanding encumbered section.

Don't know about you and don't know about labels but I don't wait until I have made lots of money to start giving to charities. THAT would be truly lame.

They do not want you to give directly to charity. You should pay higher taxes and the government will distribute the wealth as they see fit.
