The thing is I need to download it, but ive only been able to find the vid on youtube, which helps me embed it on my blogs but doesn't let me save the vid as an actual file. Please help me!!

Here's a solution for you, though it is a little long.
Open your web browser and go to http://www.videodl.org/
Input the address of the video that you wish to download from YouTube. (In your case it's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-2yzqoJzZ8)
This will allow you to download the file to your computer. You'll need to change the name of the file that downloads to *.flv)
Download Free YouTube to MP3 Converter v2.4.1.1 from http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Encoders-Converter-DIVX-Related/Free-YouTube-to-MP3-Converter.shtml
Run the converter, whihch is free, as the name suggests, and then change the video into an .mp3 file.
It works, 'cos I've just done it.
You can do this with any video you wish to download from YouTube. Of course, if you only wish to keep the .mp3 file, you can delete the .flv. If, on the other hand you wish to keep the video and view it, you can download an FLV Media Player. I use VideoLan VLC Media Player, which is also free, and can be downloaded from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html
